Thread retirement

Should some of the threads on this forum that have 100’s of replies over years be restarted or just stopped. I find it hard to keep up with the scattered replies and often time it becomes far off…

I doubt that it’s more than a small part of the aging process. And before I believe that supplements help, I’d like to see evidence that nad increases inside mitochondria.

Don’t understand the recommendations for Metformin. If he isn’t diabetic, there isn’t any solid evidence that metformin helps. Not worth the risks/side effects. agree with Rapamycin.…

@Dan Nave a few things. I too had a bad reaction to my first shingles vaccine. The second wasn’t as bad as I medicated with Tylenol and Ibuprofen for 24 hrs after the shot.…
