Re: Gingernone A is a Better-than-D+Q Senolytic
I should add that in Figure 1 of the paper describing the identification of Gingerenone A (note spelling, which was incorrect above) as a senolytic, the authors tried two concentration levels,…

@Fred Cloud I have on occasion spaced senolytic sessions 3 months apart, when I had some indication of persistent muscle pain, etc. However, the unresolved question is how fast the body burden of…

Re: Any results from D & Q course?
I am 87 years old. I have been doing some form of 3-day D+Q senolytic sessions about every 6 months for the past several years. Before starting, I had several colonoscopies in which 5-10…

Re: Gingernone A is a Better-than-D+Q Senolytic
@John Hemming I disagree. It's like trying to repurpose the garbage in your house instead of getting rid of it. Cells go senescent because they are damaged in some way and can't perform their…

Re: Anyone actually experience marked increased energy from NMN?
@John Hemming In that context, you might list the suppliers of Melatonin you know of that DO provide 3rd party lab tests of their product.

Have a look at the discussion of Melatonin by CNN at this LINK. It says that because of the lack of regulation, over-the-counter Melatonin pills may contain up to 478% of the dosage stated on the…

@John Hemming Interesting. I note the NIH says that the biovailability of Melatonin is about 15%, and it's solubility in water is about 0.1 mg/ml. Therefore,…

@Paul Beauchemin Are there any published studies indicating that taking Melatonin at the dose level of 120 mg or more is a good idea? I thought that it was a hormone that was most effective at the…

Re: Apigenin: An Alternative Way of Boosting NAD+
Yes, Verdin made the point that senescent cells produce CD38 as a part of SASP. One other point: apparently Resveratrol 2 enhances the anti-CD38 effects of Apigenin.
