@David H yes, was 1 gram. put it in 4 oz of dsmo and have been taking small amounts of that and diluting to 25 molar in face cream

Got another letter from the FDA today on a shipment of rapamycin from IAS. Not allowed in. Second time this has happened now. Got a shipment of testosterone from India in without any problems.…

@Andrew P K Yap I did 9 minutes the other day and thought I was hot stuff. So I googled the record holder - a 62 year old who held a plank for 8 hrs 15 minutes. He has reversed aging all the way!
