High quality, affordable rapamycin (and other anti-aging meds)

Hi everyone. Many of you might not realize it, but IAS has made rapamycin available without a prescription. It is the best price I've ever seen (better even than what I saw in pharmacies in Mumbai a couple months ago).

If you go to:

http://www.antiaging.clinic/

and enter the code "research" you will see the option of buying rapamycin, as well as a selegiline, metformin, and a few other anti-aging meds.

IAS has committed to putting a certain fraction of the revenue (15% I believe) into research.

Because of irritating legal/regulatory challenges, IAS cannot accept credit/debit cards, so you have to pay via wire transfer (e-check is an additional option if you have a bank in the US, probably also Canada). My purchase experience was smooth and quick.

And by the way I've been on rapamycin – 5 mg with a fatty meal (30% better absorption than on empty stomach) once a week – for nearly two months now. Feel fine. Haven't tested my cholesterol yet but the oft-noted side-effect of glucoregulatory dysfunction has not made an appearance. In point of fact, my fasting and postprandial glucose numbers have gone down a touch.

How do we know the reliability of the source....I get significant relief from arthritis in my hands on rapamune...when I shifted back and forth to a supply I got from India, I noticed a significant difference....I finally upped my dose 5x on the ones from India to get the similar benefit.  Again, I cycled back and forth from one from Pfizer to one from India and noticed a big difference.  I've been on sirolimus (generic) for 2 yrs 3 mos. now

  • Rapamune (Pfizer) and generic sirolimus from Biocon (India) should be considered bioequivalent pharmaceutical grade medications. Patients have the same laboratory levels treated with either. Other sources, which I cannot speficially speak to, can be suspect as to amount or purity.

Mark Thimineur Hi, the source of the 'rapamycin' I got was Biocon and I found that it did not appear to have the 1mg dose as stated simply from the reaction I get from my arthritis of my hands.  To reach the equivalent of 2 1mg doses of Pfizer's Rapamune obtained from a hospital pharmacy I had to take 6+ Biocon pills.  Believe me, I would prefer to pay Biocon prices but I alternated between the two sources and every time got a low-to-no reaction from Biocon.

GEdwards GEdwards yes that is a good point. It is possible that even if the product you use is totally legitimate by Indian manufacturing standards, those standards may not be the same as in USA.  So not only product dosage per pill but also contaminants and  bio equivalency parameters come into play.

    WARNING

If you have purchased products such as Rapamycin from the

Anti-Aging store you need to be aware that their check or draft processor

has been hacked.   I received an email which had all of my Check

Draft information attached.  It was from a hacker who was trying to extort me

for payment through Bit Coin or my personal information would be placed online.

I received this scam email last week.  The letter claimed that I had bought Cialis when

I actually bought Rapamycin.  The letter had a pdf attachment, which I scanned for

Virus with two anti-virus programs.  The letter goes into great detail as to how to pay

approximately 800 dollars in Bit Coin to these scammer.  I have deleted the mail and

pdf and am contacting my Bank as to a change in my account.   Also did a complete

    scan of my computer.

  • Just an update. I received a full refund from the AAS yesterday. They seemed unable to wire $ to Canada, but worked hard on a solution. I received a registered letter... with a cash refund in the mail. Above and beyond. I am pleased that I was part of the process that led to them identifying problems with their Rapa-pro product, but they dealt with it appropriately.

good reputation, expensive, but not way out of line

you'll need to make your own capsules (not hard), because otherwise it won't absorb properly
