Re: The DIM Supplement and Wound Healing
I dont remember the half life of DIM, probably will be fine as long as they are a few days apart would be my guess. And of course it also interacts with statins.

Re: Fisetin to Clear Senescent Cells
@Moonlitnight I have bought from Hansen, they are very good. Their spermidine tastes fine, very neutral, and can easily be mixed into a smoothie. I didnt realize they had fisetin...I need some.

@Michael_B By spinal decompression, did that include use of an inversion table? Did you find that the increased disc height was reflected in your overall height?

@Peter H. Howe "There is no question that metformin significantly inhibits hormone production based on a number of publications". I wasnt aware of that. Do you have a link to some in vivo studies?

If you compare the side effects of metformin with the benefits, its not much of a contest, as reflected in the following recent article. https://academic.oup.…

@Ulf Rasmusson Yes, 2 per day, but since it contains silymarin I only take 1/d. I've found in the past that too much silymarin gives me diarrhea.

@Ulf Rasmusson My neutraphil % went up but my lymph% came down, dropping below normal range with rapa so my doctor recommended a mushroom formula. It will be some months before I know if it worked.

@Staffan Olsson thanks for the link. Since cellulose doesnt readily dissolve, what have you found to be a convenient way to take the spermidine? How about the apigenin?

@joseph mikhael Yes, its not extract. Just be aware of the fact that it is not 10mg of spermidine. Its 10mg of spermidine trihydrochloride, which as I recall is about 60% spermidine.
