PCC1 is senolytic and senomorphic
Procyanidin C1 (PCC1 or PC-C1), which is found in grape seed extract (GSE), is senolytic, senomorphic, and has been proven to increase the lifespan of mice. PCC1 is also claimed to be a better senolytic in certain ways than even fisetin and D + Q.

Cons: PCC1 is only readily available in GSE; it's mixed in with other proanthocyanidins, and so, the dose can't be standardized.

Pros: GSE is probably safer and may have less side effects than D + Q. It also has less of a chance of being contaminated compared to fisetin.

GSE, when combined with resveratrol (RSV), may have the additional benefit of lowering the risk of cancer. GSE-RSV has been should to kill human colon cancer cells in vitro and suppresses tumor formation in mice without gastrointestinal toxicity. The GSE to RSV ratio was 4 to 1 in the study with mice.

Would be nice if we could get a dosage on this. I'm also wondering if it's something that would need to be cycled

If using it as a senolytic I’d think you’d want to cycle it.

Does anyone have a dose for this as a senolytic? Thanks
