cell metabolism article--that says metformin, resveratrol and rapaymcin dampen the response from good nutrients--Would love to hear thoughts

yes--I believe I pulled it up by googling cell metabolism--was wondering if people on this site have read it and particularly people who go to Dr Green--What is he saying about it? It seems to contradict use of rapamycin--I am using it so would like to know whether to stop. Frankly don't know that I have seen results.
