Nicotinamide riboside. At 250 mg per day after 2 weeks experienced complete remission of joint and back pain, improved joint mobility, better lung function, better recovery from exercise, better sleep, better skin condition, fewer spring and fall allergy symptoms.
n-acetyl cysteine. Worked effectively as a mucolytic during a cold, seemed to help short circuit the cold to many fewer days than normal. (4 days versus the usual 10)
