Rapamycin thanks to Dr.Garcia, Significantly improves Lymphocytes

In January I went to see Dr. Garcia in Las Vegas  who I regularly see for PRP. I explain to him how my lymphocytes including  cd4 which  had dropped to 325 way below normal and asked about taking rapamycin to raise my lymphocyte counts.

He was very familiar with rapamycin and  he was ready to begin his own program of taking it. He wrote me a prescription and through experimentation with dosage I have found with 7mg per week, my cd4 count is now 502 with all other CBC test results improved.
Previously the only other way I have been able to raise my counts (not this high)was through the fast mimicking diet and after doing that monthly 14 out of 18months I was looking for an easier way of raising my counts. When you fast almost every month you don’t look forward to it. And when I didn’t fast for four months my counts dropped to 325.

so very grateful to Dr. Garcia for being so knowledgeable up-to-date and for all his help. And apparently rapamycin does improve your immune system.

I was really interested in your post as I've always had low white blood cell count and thought rapamycin would suppress them further.. So I've been way of starting rapa.  I'm so pleased to hear that you're increased.

Can I ask if you have noticed any difference in your skin and how your face looks? Thanks

  • Sorry, I’ve always had really good skin and a young  face for my age. Besides genes, it’s probably that I eat very healthy having  had terminal cancer in 1980 and exercise every day along with detox including doing coffee enemas.

At this point, I don’t think rapamycin affects my lymphocyte count as the numbers have gone up and down, but never as low as before I started. another thing I do once a month it’s 50 mg over 5-10 days injections of the peptide epiTalon and I noticed that tended to raise my lymphocyte count. However, nothing I do consistent works.

John Mcgough I see you're using epiTalon.  Do you mind telling me how long you've been using it and whether or not you notice any effects?  Thanks.

    • Jay Orman 2 1/2 here every month, and I only noticed changes in my lymphocytes. Otherwise I’m in really good health, exercise regularly, eat very carefully since I once had  terminal cancer, so I’m not sure what else I would notice unless I wasn’t worse health.
