I had this test done, and the results showed that I was 5 years younger, biologically, than my chronological age, so I was happy.

This test was developed by Moshe Szyf.

For people not familiar with Szyf's work, take a look at:

Got my results from EpiAgingUSA

chronological age of people with my DNA results is 52.2

This is from May sample

My Feb blood tests plugged into the Levine calculator said I was 53.2

Feel good as I am 67!

  Fred Cloud Looking at the factors in the Levine calculations the three biomarkers that drove the change were: MCV, RDW and creatine.
  
  I know rapamycin works on the kidneys, so that may be one cause for the improvement
  
  Otherwise hard to pinpoint. I did also eliminate most carbs from my diet in the last 7 months too.
