Feeling pretty sick after taking Fisetin. Thoughts?

So, I recently acquired a bottle of life extension's bio-fisetin. I took 10 pills a day for 3 days straight, seeking senotherapeutic effects.

On the first day, everything was more or less fine. Sleep was very unsteady that night, lots of dreams (which generally indicates poor sleep quality to me). Extreme fatigue the next day and severe brain fog. Same thing the day after, and the day after that. It's day 5 now, and I'm starting to feel a little better, though I'm still very foggy.

I should mention that I am strongly resistant to placebo effects. I've had depression for many years until a few years ago, but I've always been very optimistic about new antidepressant therapies, and none of them ever produced results, so I figure that I can't make things appear to work just by really really wanting them to work.

Now, it's important to mention that I may be too young to be taking senolytics (27), but the reason why I've taken an interest in them is because up until a few years ago, I've lived an extremely unhealthy lifestyle, one that has gone on for over a decade and a half, marked with drug abuse, horrible mental health, poor nutrition, inadequate exercise and severe mental underactivity. My working assumption has been that enough poor lifestyle choices over time will cause senescent cells to start building up earlier.

Back to the matter at hand, going on pure speculation, can anyone provide me with possible interpretations of this result?

Even though you are young you may have a lot of damage due to your lifestyle, as you mention.  I expect that the first time you take a large senolytic dose of Fisetin you would have a strong reaction, and may take a week or so to recover.  After that, if it is working as a senolytic, I would expect you to feel a positive improvement.

That was my experience, age of about 65, the first time I took the fisetin protocol.  I had previously experimented with an oxidative therapy which I think caused some problems for me.  I felt really beat for a few days after the protocol and it took a week or two to recover, but after that I started to feel really great and noticed much more endurance and strength and it has lasted for a long time.  Subsequent doses of fisetin protocol has not had such a noticeable effect.
