Has anyone tried urolithin A?

Urolithin A is a bacterial metabolite that enhances mitophagy, which declines as we age and allows dysfunctional mitochondria to accumulate.

I just wanted to see if anyone has experimented with urolithin A and what effects they noticed.

I've speculated combining it with PQQ and exercise to enhance mitochondrial biogenesis.

Robin safran I take them with a meal, but I don’t think it matters.  I think it works for more energy, but I take so many supplements it’s hard to say.  I will continue it for a few months and then stop for awhile.

I wanted to see if anyone has had experiences using mitopure for a few months. I started taking 500mg & stopped cause I thought it was giving me body jerks. I'm back on it now & feel some increase in energy. I guess we'll find out soon if it's just placebo!

I’ve been using celltrient for around 6 months.  I’ve noticed no changes or benefits so far.

Does anyone think that since Urolithin A promotes Mitophogy, should it be taken like a senolytic instead of daily?

    • Karl The Mitopure I've been taking implies 4 months daily 500mg in their testing...so not pules but seems like duration of consistent dose is what they are recommending.
