Re: Rapamycin - progress so far
@David H Well thats odd because rapamycin acts on senescent cells too and contributes to some of the antiaging effect of rapamycin. It doesnt kill them like a senolytic,…

Re: My Journey To Reduce My Epigenetic Age
@Jimmy2 I had a similar test result from mydnage. I was on gdf11, rapamycin for 9 months and AKG for a month and they said my dna age went up 3 years in a period of 9 months.…

Re: My Journey To Reduce My Epigenetic Age
@Jimmy2 Nice HDL ! How did you get it that high? Regarding your ferritin, have you been donating blood to get it to that level? Mine was 400 about 4 years ago before I started donating and bringing…

@Van I like the big dose followed by a big break if you can tolerate it. Why not add days instead of subtracting mg. when you hit side effects? Alot of people say take as much as you can until you…

@JGC Agreed. It must have reversed his epigenetic methylation age. I cant think of anything else that would give you the system wide youth effects that you are experiencing.…

Re: Spermidine: a physiological autophagy inducer acting as an anti-aging vitamin inhumans?
@JGC Actually, there is no such thing as GMO wheat even available. I am sure they are working on it, but as of now, there is no genetically modified wheat currently commercialized anywhere in the…

Re: Spermidine: a physiological autophagy inducer acting as an anti-aging vitamin inhumans?
I am wondering how spermidine compares to rapamycin? Does it do the same thing, is it a substitute or replacement for rapamycin, or does it offer benefits that rapamycin doesnt?

@Lou Hawthorne Makes alot of sense and I agree there is definitely alot of other moving parts in this equation and not just tgfb-1 at work here and TPE would be the most optimal approach to flush…

Re: The Conboy Plasma-Dilution Treatment is Available Now
@Lou Hawthorne My TGFb1 is 1616, I wonder how low it gets after plasma dilution. Maybe one could use it as a comparative marker for TPE versus plasma donation and see how close the two are.

@chuck stanley autophagy? That is not what senolytics do. Senolytics trigger apoptosis or cell death in senescent cells not autophagy.
