I take rapamycin 6mg once weekly. The metformin is 750mg daily, with the plan to increase to 1,000mg.

I do currently combine rapamycin with metformin. Do I know that any of it truly works? Not really, but the research looks good for each drug.

@Brin Chikovski Yes, but I have found this side effect from low dose weekly rapamycin, 3 mg/week. I do not expect to see the more significant side effects.
