Biohackers Perform First Plasma Dilution Experiment on Humans This technique is a human modification of the Conboys' mouse experiments.

Read the whole thing, very interesting. My question to this forum is can you replicate this today? I donate blood and I found you can donate plasma once a week. Every donation removes about 700 ml so 2 donations would be a 50% dilution. You could dilute your blood by 25% four times a month. I don't think replacing Albumin is needed for it to work. The biohackers in the article say you must use gravitational and not membrane Plasmapheresis for it to work. What kind of Plasmapheresis is used in the United States?

The bad news is only gravitational separation works, not membranes. I found this paper:
Therapeutic plasma exchange is a blood purification technique designed for the removal of large molecular weight toxins such as pathogenic antibodies and lipoproteins. Plasma exchange can be performed either by membrane separation or centrifugation. Centrifugal plasma exchange is more common in the United States, while membrane separation is more popular in Germany and Japan. The membrane separation technique is similar to the ultrafiltration procedures performed with a standard dialysis machine but in which the membrane’s pores are large enough to allow removal of all circulating molecules while retaining the cellular components. The current availability of plasma separation membranes compatible with CRRT systems has dramatically increased the potential for almost all nephrologists to perform these treatments. This review describes the membrane separation techniques available in the United States, the practical aspects of ordering and operating a membrane separation plasma exchange procedure, and its possible complications.

Was the Horvath clock reset?
As I see it, the unfortunate thing about this study by the Russian biohackers, as well as in the Conboys' work with mice, is that they did not measure the effect of plasma dilution on the Horvath methylation clock. In particular, whether the methylation clock was reset to a younger age and whether any reset change was permanent or temporary. The Russians could still provide a post-treatment clock reading, if they could be persuaded to do so.

Hello,
I started Hyperbaric oxygen therapy following the israeli study that it improved telomere lengths and reduced senescent cells. I am trying to get blood work done that combines blood glucose, lipid panel, RBC, WBC , testestrone, CRP, as well as telomere and senescent cell level testing - so far i have not been able to find a lab test that covers all these. As I already started HBOT, i am in a rush to find an option that one stop shop that tests for all the above biomarkers to baseline at the beginning of HBOT and then again at end of 60 sessions of HBOT...if any one has a recommendation, kindly share.
