Re: Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), Blood Autophagy, and Phenotypic Age @David H The biggest determinants in the Pheno formula are: CRP, RDW, Albumin and to some extent Glucose. With such stellar numbers, a much lower PhenoAge is all but guaranteed. Congrats!

Re: Rapamycin and Acne @Bruce B 8 mg/week is a very high dose. Skip a week and cut down to 6mg. If the issue still persists go to 5, even 4.
