Rapamycin and increased lipid levels

My older border collie has been on Rapamycin for four months with excellent results; he is now in the “resting phase,” where you don’t give the medication for a month or so (in case of toxicity), and I want to start him right back on it ASAP—He absolutely bloomed while on it and is definitely much happier! The only trouble is that his serum lipid levels have suddenly increased dramatically, and I read that rapamycin can sometimes increase lipids/cholesterol levels. Has anyone else here had an experience like that? I don’t know how long it will be till the levels go back down, but I hope very soon, as I truly hope to keep him on it.
