Still taking rapamycin.
Experimented with GDF11 and will take blood tests in Jan to see if it has had an effect
Looking into peptides. Interesting event where I learned quite a bit

Paul Beauchemin, Have you continued to take GDF11 and have you found it beneficial? I've researched it for some time, but I don't want to add another supplement (especially involving injections) if the benefits are not evident. And, thanks for being one of the early experimenters with GDF11.
