Phosphatidylcholine IV
Ray Kurzweil is a fan of Phosphatidylcholine, and seems to be alone in this. Bill and others don't make much truck with it AFAIK. Ray has said he does both IV's and oral supplementation.
I've found that oral supplementation has successfully combated papery/old skin as I get older, and my physician offers IV's. Anybody done it? Any idea of frequency?

Fascinating; I'd never heard of an IV for this before. Do you have any links?

I've been taking PC for years, on Kurzweil's recommendations (it's his first recommendation in TRANSCEND) and I've been curious why no one else even seems to discuss it. With my n of one personal experience it does seem that I look a bit younger when I'm taking it, but it's hard to say. I do have very healthy skin and a youthful demeanor for 48, and particularly for someone who's living in tropical or subtropical climates for the last 30 years.

Dan What dosing are you doing? I feel an effect at about 15g/kg.
-
Probably because it is already abundant in our diet. The average egg probably has a gram of it.

I read that most oral PC gets taken up in the liver and is not circulated. I used to get 2,500mg by IV. It also had bile acid so dissolved cholesterol in arteries.
-
yes, plaquex is what I did. The plaquex formula has bile acid in it, that is what dissolves the cholesterol.

Hello Dan.... What brand did you use for your Phosphatidylcholine? Did you use the Plaquex brand? It is very expensive? I did the plaquex treatments but I now have skin that is bit creepy.... did you get rid of that with oral use of these pills? I think I lost some weight and that may have caused it somewhat.... but the injections did not help the creepy skin at least to my knowledge...maybe that happened after my round of 50 injections? I loved it and recommend it to anyone with clogged arteries. Gaines clinic does injections by the way...
