Wynn Protocol

Hi everyone, here is a link to my protocol, the "Wynn Protocol".  I've 42 years old.  My last phenotypic age was -16 years.  I'm 5'10" 156 pounds.  I've taken a lot of supplements and I've also stopped taking a lot.  Let me know what you think 🙂:

IP6 supplements may be preferable to donating blood to reduce iron load.

Allen Seems like beans, seeds, nuts and grains have phytic acid but I don't eat enough (because they have carbs) for it to do anything.  Seems also like phytic acid could stop other minerals like calcium and zinc.  Anyone have any success with supplemental phytic acid?

Jimmy2 I take IP6 periodically to lower my ferritin level, especially if I have been eating more beef than usual. It does work.

I agree. It's very good. I would add more vitamin C (1g) and NAC (1-2 g day, with Glycine) . Please: update it every x time

    Thanks.

Also, I like keep my Vitamin C dose low because high doses have been found to have problems such as cataracts and kidney stones.  See these studies:

This has some great info. I'm curious why you say to avoid NAC?

Will Hunter This was a tough one for me to take off my stack.  First off, "everything" causes cancer and usually a supplement goes through the "does it cause cancer?" phase where people interested ask this question.  This mouse study showed that NAC has the potential to cause cancer in lungs.

For me, if it has been demonstrated in mammals that something causes cancer, I am going to try and avoid it.
