Senolytics- How many different ones do you take and why

I am assuming that a given Senolytic may not cause senolysis in all cell types and therefore it is probably better to rotate through different senolytics.  What do you think and which ones do you take?

currently I cycle through:

D&Q (not sure the Q does anything)

Fisetin

PCCC1

Gingerenone

    Our friends at Life Extension (and I) add theaflavins and apigenin to their bioavailable quercetin and bioavailable fisetin Senolytic Activator.  I also take ginger, grape seed extract, luteolin, and rutin, but take all eight of these at the same time, about once weekly, rather than cycling through them.

      Brian Valerie lol. My wife already thinks we take too many pills. Don’t think I could take them all together. The Ginger doesn’t agree with my stomach, and the dasatinib kicks my ass.

      Karl My wife thinks the same thing and takes less the half the supplements that I do.  I admit that many of them are only speculatively health or life extending, but we all know what the "age naturally" alternative leads to!

      Karl You may already know this, but there is recent evidence that curcumin has some senolytic effect, so along with my daily dose I've added an extra dose of bioavailable curcumin to my weekly senolytic stack.
