What genetics tests would you recommend for the purpose of understanding your vulnerabilities - i.e. risks for conditions that might impact your lifespan or healthspan? 23andMe is a famous one but I understand something like Brigham Health's Preventive genomic sequencing for healthy individuals is more advanced. I live in Europe so I'd hope everything would be equally available in the region.
