Questions about EpiAging USA test

I recently took a test from EpiAging USA.

The test results were:

  1. Your Epigenetic Change Score 42.46
  2. The average chronological age for people with your epigenetic age is: 37.1

A little confused by the wording of "epigenetic change score." Is my understanding correct that this means my epigenetic age is 42.46; however, the average person with that epigenetic age has a chronological age of 37.1?
