The Testosterone Trials were a set of seven randomized placebo-controlled trials that evaluated the efficacy of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in older men with low testosterone levels,

  • I’m in this almost exact predicament, only I’m the male with low T, and the wife has a high sex drive. The only thing I can say is, what if the roles were reversed and you hit menopause? Would you want him to stay or leave you? When men hit low or no T they literally get male menopause. We can’t help having any sex drive. It sucks ass, and everything in you is gone. I wouldn’t put this on my worst enemy. But in the end you have to do you. If you are only in it for sex and pregnancy and alternatives don’t work, you have to make a big decision. Maybe recommend your husband to take some steroids. On https://www.laweekly.com/best-cutting-steroid/ you can find safe supplements that will boost his testosterone levels.

joann sabki I think a trt dose of testosterone would not only help with sex drive (personal experience) but provide a multitude of other health benefits.

Testosterone improves many aspects of quality of life in men. From my personal experience, I can definitely say that nothing else has had a more serious positive impact on me. But this is hardly something new for a wide range of people.

Something more interesting is that it is very useful for women. If we do not forget that women are about 6 times more sensitive to it, and use low doses, then they would have the corresponding health benefits.

  • If your body is capable of producung your own T, you may wish to try taking chlomephene citrate (clomid).  I am a 5 yeal old may who had low T and was tested and found that my body was capable doingjust that.  I take 25 mg two times per day...I was just tested and my T was between 1000 and 1100.  Add some cialis and you should see a big improvement in your sex life.  If, owever, you are primary, meaning you cannot produce your own T, you will need to suplement with exogenous testosterone.

  • I recently found that drinking Ashwagandha tea raised Testosterone levels. I'm 50 and hadn't really noticed I had lower levels, but the evidence is when you wake up in the morning, and the extra sparkle around daily life.

This said, I'm unsure what level of T is helpful for longevity. Raised T is not all rosy judging by the paper Michael posted above. It "showed a significant increase in coronary artery plaque volume in the TRT group compared to the placebo group".

Jack Black Unfortunately, the bodybuilding community has seen a massive increase in deaths among heavy users over the past several years. But for older men, I do see a wide range of benefits using testosterone; bone strength being just one. In fact, an older doctor I recently visited just returned to his practice after falling and breaking a bone in his leg. Guess what HIS doctor now has him on? Testosterone. 100 mls weekly. He's in his 70's.
