Anyone in or around Toronto?
OK, Toronto is not in the USA, but for want of anywhere else to post...
I'm trying to find like-minded people in the Toronto region to meet-up with to chat about this topic and hopefully do something to aid this quest to defeat ageing.

OK I'm not in Toronto but will Milton do?....Where are you in self treatment with rapamycin? Where do you get it? If there is any Canadian group blog, please let me know.

Ralph Jones Hi Ralph, I guess Milton will do! 🙂 Long story short about Rapa, I tried it for a short while, but then was unsure about the purity. I then did get hold of some legit Rapa, but gave it to my elderly mum. Unfortunately, I need to go to the USA to get it, and well you know the current situation!

Basically I am looking for an all inclusive natural supplement Anti Aging protocol based on Dr. Alan S. Green's information. Since prescriptions to Rapa are non existant in Canada, what are the supplemental replacements and at what dosage and daily/weekly intake? (i.e. metformin, rapamycin, berberine, fisetin, etc.)
