Rapamycin dosage with other meds & gender half life differences
Certain rx meds such as amlodipine are cyp3a4 inhibitors. These drugs utilize the same biochemical elimination pathway as rapamycin, raising rapamycin blood levels.
Males have longer half life than females (72.3 hrs vs 61.3).
How would you make dosage adjustments in these cases?

I don’t make dosage adjustments. I take amlodipine and 10mg Rapa weekly. Amazing results for over a year and a half. No contraindications

Benjamin Schoolman What dose of amlodipine do you take with 10 mg Rapa? Any idea how much greater increase you get? I have been using grapefruit juice.
