Trigger Finger & Osteo-Arthritis Fingers

My sister (age 71) has what appears to be osteo- arthritis accompanied by trigger finger. Bouchards nodes accompanied by distorted ring finger. What are your opinions please on treatments. I have been giving some supplements at her request. But will wait for your opinions first, before mentioning them.
