Trametinib - is it still just theoretical?

Hi Everyone, I just watched Bill Faloon at RAADfest 2023 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfaZ_0Rajdc) and saw he mentioned trametinib. Is it still theoretical at this point or have studies been started or done in mammals and/or humans for anti-aging purposes? Didn't see any in my cursory glance.
