Which Dasatinib and Quercetin dosing regimen for longevity?

I have read about two different dosing regimens:

3 consecutive daily doses a week repeated for three weeks based on weight at a 1 to 10 ration based on weight (IE: for a 165lb  person, 187mg Dasatinib/ 1875mg Quercetin). So 9 doses over three weeks. This regimen is repeated every six months.

or

2 single doses one week apart (at the same 1 to 10 ratio). So 1 dose once a week for Two weeks only (two total doses). Repeated every six months.

Would love to hear everyone’s input/ opinions.

Randall James This is what Life Extension has shown. Mr. Bill Faloon has been showing this on his slide presentations. This is similar to your second dose schedule except the slide says interval between dosing is 6-12 months.

And then there is from when Mr. Faloon talked about the Aging Intervention Trial in the last few months. But no one is saying anything about dosing for this cocktail or frequency either,

    • David H I’d like to open up a discussion regarding the paper by Dr Michael Fossel http://www.lidsen.com/journals/geriatrics/geriatrics-03-01-034

Pretty scary stuff if accurate. My initial reaction is that by this reasoning, fasting would ultimately lead to MORE senescent cells long term because fasting clears senescent cells through autophagy.
There are way smarter folks than I on this site who I would love to hear opinions from.

    • Randall James The founder and president of Telocyte LLC has written an opinion paper which supports Telemorase treatment for aging which is Telocyte's focus. There is not much support for the hypothesis that senolytics lead to more senescent replacements and acceleration of aging and disease. One of the papers that is cited actually says the opposite - that by treating two genotypically different strains of mice with a senolytic increased median lifespan and limited tumor growths and promoted health in several organs systems that were assessed. This article seems to be more of a promotional for the company's telemorase approach to aging.
