Prostate Health
For about 6 months have been taking Pygeum, Saw Palmetto, Nettle Root & Pumpkin seed oil. Seems to be working, with less night time visits. Recently added Lycopene. Occasionally taken cranberry juice & that seems to help also.

Night time visits meaning need to urinate due to an enlarged prostate? I'm assuming benign enlarged prostate - best measure would be to have it re-tested to see if it's any smaller, I'd be curious if you see that effect from supplements.
I've always had a need to urinate more frequently than normal it seems. Urologists think it's psychological, meaning they don't know I think. Could be - I used to be a professional musician and had to make sure I was empty before going on stage.

Have avoided the doctors. As the don't seem to be to competent in this (in my opinion). Have had it for many years & I too have a psychological urge to urinate frequently. Which I believe may be a trigger. Have had more than may share of UTIs over the years some very bad. I believe anyone with this tendency must be sure to void the bladder when urinating. If not it can cause infections.

One interesting thing I've discovered recently, is that the more hydrated the less frequently I need to visit the loo. There's more 'saved up' as it were, but interestingly the visits are fewer.
