I wrote about a month ago and had been taking Rapamycin for 4-5 weeks - once a week and my knee started to give me pain.  I was taking Metformin every day.  I have stopped both - my knee is painful and now my joints, shoulder , elbow and fingers in my right hand.  Has anyone experienced anything like this?   I am 81.
