HPE (Human Placental Extract) hydrolysate Laennec/Melsmon
Curious if anyone has tried either of these HPE products, which were originally targeted for cosmetic and skin rejuvenation, but have been broadened somewhat for claims of positive systemic effects on normalizing aging hormone levels, lowering inflammation systemically, and some tissues/organs improvements, particularly liver/thyroid/pancreatic function and accelerating healing of soft tissue ligament/cartilage or joint injuries. There are some articles on PubMed regarding success with fatty liver reversal and some tissue/organ regeneration of ligaments in a few animal studies. Usual dosing regimen is 2-4ml twice weekly subcutaneously injected. Japanese product that has been around since the mid 50's and is highly processed and purified and has no DNA or genetic material present that could trigger immune responses, donor candidates are safety screened and tested to be disease free and healthy, essentially it is signaling molecules/proteins (possibly some low volume exosomes, but no stem cells or DNA fragments) and nutritional cofactors and enzymes that support healthy growth and development of the fetus.
Would love to hear any feedback or input especially from individual that have experimented with it personally.
