Self Experimenting: Rapamycin & NAD+ Boosters

How many people are taking sirolimus and NAD+ Boosters (NR and/or NMN)?  Do you notice different effects from either?  Also, do you cycle the NAD+ Boosters or take them daily?

    I know this was posted a while back.  I am taking sirolimus with 1 g niacin and 1 g apigenin (blocks NAD+s blocker).  The combination of niacin and apigenin should raise NAD levels.  I have heard that NMN reduces the effectiveness of sirolimus.
