Long term damage of non hospitalized positive COVID-19.

What kind of long term damage a non hospitalized positive COVID-19 person could endure, what tests would be needed to assess this issue?

Long term ill effects from covid19 comes from "damage to lung tissue" and "damage to the linings of blood vessels". You can do lung capacity tests. As for damage to linings of blood vessels, you can monitor your coagulation status (propensity for blood clots).
