Re: Help: Drastic results on DNA biological age test
@Vega Rejuvinated My bio age increased by 8+ years in between tests. I believe it was due to supplementation, which I have discontinued. I'll be testing again in a couple of months.

Re: Fisetin to Clear Senescent Cells
I am 42 years old. I just finished 1500mg of fisetin for 5 days. No issues. Urine was a little foamy the first couple of days. I plan to do this once every 2-6 months.

Re: My Journey To Reduce My Epigenetic Age
@Fred Cloud For HDL and ferritin, eat less red meat. I only donated blood once. Now my ferritin is hovering around 100-120, which is ok. HDL is great, I think.

Re: My Journey To Reduce My Epigenetic Age
@Fred Cloud Both mydnage and TruMe went up. The margin of error is roughly +-5 years. But since both went up I would think that would be a significant signal. In the past it didn’t change as much.

I'm taking 4 tablespoons of wheat germ. On the bag it says 1 tablespoon is 15g. So the math says I am taking 3.645mg of spermidine per tablespoon of wheat germ for a total of 14.58mg per day.…
