@Van Van, you haveto solubilize rapa first in solvent!! I recommend Transuctol for dissloving the drug , in 3ml of Transuctol you can dissolve 100mg of Rapa if not more once you get a clear solution…

@Jay Orman also DMSO is mentioned here a lot for solubilization...the problem with DMSO is that it will irritate the skin for lon term use even in very small concentration...…

Re: Making sirolimus cream---Tried to grind a 2mg rapamune pill with a grinder and then dissolve in DMSO to put in cream.
@Laur @JGC You could try Transuctol as a solubilizer since DMSO will cause irritation in along run even in very small concentration
