Re: GlyNAC NAC provides the raw materials for your body to make glutathione which a powerful internal antioxidant. You're right in that exogenous antioxidants have not turned out to be a good thing.

Re: GlyNAC Just FYI, NAC is also good to take before consuming alcoholic beverages. It helps the liver clear the bad byproducts. I do that regularly and definitely fewer bad side effects.
