Re: Azithromycin (Zithromax) as senolytic; a note of caution It would appear that you can safely get the senolytic effects from AZM if you drop the dose and combine with doxycycline. Looks like you can do ~50x less dosage.

Re: Rapamycin self-experimentation @MAC It's too bad the study doesn't go into better detail. I'd be curious as to how they dosed the subjects. MTOR1 and MTOR2 could each have a varied affect but as we take it, we don't inhibit 2

Re: Dasatinib from Bon Hoa based on my results and people who did with me, I'd have a hard time believing you wouldn't feel it quickly. Within hours. Even at 100mg it's effects are pretty strong.
