@Sam Biller I take 1.25mg daily crestor. my gf takes 5mg. we supplement CoQ10. No muscle pain. What dose were you taking?

It would appear that you can safely get the senolytic effects from AZM if you drop the dose and combine with doxycycline. Looks like you can do ~50x less dosage.

@MAC It's too bad the study doesn't go into better detail. I'd be curious as to how they dosed the subjects. MTOR1 and MTOR2 could each have a varied affect but as we take it, we don't inhibit 2

@djmichel I think that place turned out to be selling sugar. I've been on Rapa over a year. Started at 2mg and I'm up to 12mg/wk. I didn't notice a change in white blood cells til 8-10.…

based on my results and people who did with me, I'd have a hard time believing you wouldn't feel it quickly. Within hours. Even at 100mg it's effects are pretty strong.

My own personal experience. I'm 47. My close friend is 65, same results but she was lesions more than moles. I had one mole I was going to get cut off that I no longer have to.

To add. WBC went from 6600 to 4400 after 72 hours of higher dose (240/day) D. No worries there at all for immune system. I did skip Rapa that week as precaution.…

My senolytic therapy is a bit more complex but from what I've experienced, D is a cancer drug and you're going to feel like shit taking something like that.…
