@Dan I've been on 1000 mg Metformin, 3mg/week Rapamycin and do 16 hour fast 6 days a week. Is it overkill? We just don't know. I acknowledge Rapamycin is expensive but I think for me it's worth it.…

I tried High dose Fisetin first and felt nothing. It had no effect on my cycling power output or post-ride fatigue. I tried D&Q about 4 months later and had a mild headache (which is rare for me)…

I've been on Rapamycin and Metformin since January of 2017. Maybe a general feeling of wellness but not profound. A definite decrease in my weight setpoint. About 8 pounds lower or about 4-5% less.…

@Suzanne 64 is old enough to start Rapamycin. 4-6 mg a week and metformin at 500mg 2x day. D&Q is a little more experimental so maybe 150mg for a female if you weigh 150 pounds.

That would work. It's pretty much the wild west and you just have to see what works for you. I would not start before 50 and I would cut back or stop if you get persistent mouth sores.…
