Re: How to increase the bioavailability of Fisetin @Joe F That was my theory, too, but so far, I haven't seen any effect. In my case, I used a syringe to inject the fisetin-oil mixture. I'll try again every week until my stash is used up.

Re: Can snorting fisetin improve bioavailability and is it safe? @Dan Nave In fact, i never did start snorting the stuff. I did, however, recently start taking it as a suppository. My capsules are 250 mg each, 98 per cent fisetin, so I'm taking two per day.

I would think that, by bypassing the GI tract, this would guarantee 100% absorption into the blood.

Can snorting fisetin improve bioavailability and is it safe?
Title says it all. I suspect that since fisetin is hydrophobic, it won't dissolve in the body and would only serve to irritate the lungs, but I'm not a pulmonary expert.
