Proper Senolytic Dosage

I'm getting mixed info on how to dose with Quercitin and Dasatinib for senolytic purposes; if the suggested dosage is 2,500mg Quercitin and 250mg Dasatinib, do I take that much each week for 2 weeks or divide that dose in half and take a 1250/125 dosage each of the 2 weeks?

    appreciate your getting back; the IAS website seems to indicate splitting the dose in half for each of two weeks---so clarification was necessary

    by the way , have you started this protocol yourself and, if so, did you experience any side effects?
