My anti-aging journey - How long for the collagen?
Family and I will be addressing the 9 hallmarks of aging, including genomic instability, telomere attrition, epigenetic alterations, loss of proteostasis, deregulated nutrient-sensing, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, and altered intercellular communication, which we will be addressing with the appropriate nutraceuticals, including nicotinamide mononucleotide and resveratrol.
My family members are reversing an age-related autoimmune disease and heart failure, and my cat is restoring his collagen, aiding his arthritis and is beginning to play like a kitten.
My own journey is delayed slightly, as I will be using the temporary slack in skin, to reposition my face with fillers and I will be maintaining by fueling mitochondrial health, among other things.
I'm wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to restore facial collagen and how much volume is restored, as I will need to factor this into my procedures. Hopefully, my eyebrow hairs grow shorter too..
Thank you for inviting me into the forum, and I look forward to sharing more soon.

Luke Duran, You mentioned that you will be using nicotinamide mononucleotide and resveratrol as well as collagen injections. What else will you be doing in terms of supplements or regimens?

That is all I will be doing initially, as the NMN reverses many other age-related issues and harmonizes hormone levels, also allowing the resveratrol to be more effective. Once the coenzymes have reached their peak though, I may also add an HGH 'unlocker,' for what it can add.
