Online med clinic dedicated to fighting age-related disease (in US)

Hi everyone -- my name is Kate, I wanted to share a project that I’ve been working on in the prevention & longevity healthcare space that I think you would be interested in. 

gethealthspan.com  is a new telehealth business that provides care to patients who are looking for a functional medicine physician who specializes in longevity care. We have a team of MDs who offer holistic evaluations, lab testing, health routine protocols, and 1:1 coaching. They will also be offering Metformin (with b12), Resveratrol, and Fisetin prescriptions and protocols. We are currently licensed in California, but will be rolling out to 38 states within the next few weeks. 

I am looking for ~10 people who are interested in joining our ‘launch team’ while we are still in a beta phase. Essentially, you would be the first 10 customers to go through our website + app experience, and the first to complete holistic evals with our physician team. You would receive an evaluation + lab testing for free, in exchange for your feedback on our processes. Preferably located in CA, but if you’re not, let me know which state you’re in so I can confirm if you’ll be included in the 38-state roll out.
