Anyone else here from the UK?
Hello All
I've just joined the forum today, although I have read through parts of some threads already. FYI, I'm 52 and in pretty decent health, although I'm as consistent as I should be with exercise or clean diet. I cycle between being pretty good for a few months then not giving a stuff for a few months. I also use a ketogenic diet to correct my weight if I've been eating rubbish for a while, I'm currently about 10 days into my latest return to keto.
There is already a lot of discussion and information here on this forum - but I don't think there is a search function - unless I'm being a bit daft :) The reason I mention this is because the couple or so threads I have delved into are rather long and, based on the ones I've read so far, there is a tendency for the discussion to veer off topic, and so trying to get to useful, up to date info appears to be somewhat time consuming. Therefore, I do hope it will be OK to ask questions that may already have been discussed - I have previously been on forums where regulars can moan at newbies for such things. I hope to benefit from the cumulative knowledge and views of people on here.
The main reason for my thread though is to hopefully make contact with others here in the UK who can advise on sourcing Rapamycin, and also advice on what kinds of biomarker tests are available. I'm assuming there will be places in the UK that will do certain blood tests in exchange for money. I know there is a list of things to test for on the Age Management Panel page of the website, my concern is that if each of these tests costs, say, £50 then the whole lot would be £3,500!!!! which is not a viable option.
So, I'm keen to give some of these things a try starting with Rapamycin, and I would like my self experimentation data to be of use to others within my financial capabilities. Hopefully I will find enough info on this forum to get me started, but if anyone reading this can advise on how to source Rapamycin in the UK, and what tests are essential for creating useful data then it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks :)

Im from the uk too.
Another n=1 tester of what might work. Ive tried various supplement stacks but have settled on Rapamycin cycling (a la Attia), some senolytic cycling, berberine, NAD modifying, and some specific strategies based on genes/lab results. And of course diet (TRF), exercise and sleep (Oura).
