Photo evidence that the experiment is working
Correct me if I'm wrong. I figured that this deserves it's own discussion topic.
More than 5 years ago I started doing age-reversal.
Couple of years back when I realized that it was working I decided I must document it with photo evidence.

Aging is not one disease
As a result, to reverse aging, there is not just one thing that you need to do.
You cannot simply identify one thing to do and that's it. Do that one thing and like magic you will achieve Aging Reversal.
If you do not know what it is, google homeostasis. The human body, the processes that is going on in your body, is to achieve homeostasis.
As homeostasis involves all parts, all organs of the body, all the time, the effort to achieve homeostasis is ongoing all the time, non-stop.
Therefore to achieve Aging Reversal you have to manipulate all the processes ongoing in your body, affecting all organs in your body all at the same time.
That is a very difficult thing to do. It can be done, however.
It's just that you need to know how to do it. Otherwise if you get somebody to help you do it, it's going to cost you.
Imagine how much you have to pay, to pay an expert to tell you what to do, monitor what you do, monitoring and adjusting accordingly what you need to do 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Only if you can do that yourself, do what you need to do (you must first know what to do) monitor and adjust what you do (you need to know what and how to monitor and adjust), I would think that self effort (given people's limited resources) is the only way the average person can do Aging Reversal.

I was also born in 1960. I have a different approach to this which is driven by tests although I accept how people look in terms of hair/skin is a factor.
I do think, however, that a panel of blood tests is an important issue.
