Is age 38 too early to be considering Rapamycin supplementation?

I reached out to Dr. Green and was told that I was too young to be considered for Rapamycin supplementation.  I can't seem to find any guidance from Peter Attia, David Sinclair, Matt Kaeberlein, etc. on when (knowing what they know now) they would have started taking Rapamycin themselves. I did note that Peter Attia is 48yo and Matt Kaeberlein is 50yo.  From what I can ascertain Peter Attia would have started his Rapamycin supplementation around age 40-42. Any further thoughts?

Chris, I was Dr. Green's 2nd patient 4 years ago and have been taking rapa since then.  I have read a  lot of literature on rapa and no one is using rapa for longevity purposes at your age.  That said, rapa is safe, so if you want to experiment, you can follow Dr. Blagolsklonny's recommenation for dosing.  To find out how strong or weak your Tor signal is start taking 2 mg. rapa once weekly and increase dose by 1 mg week until you get side effects(mouth/tongue sores) then back off 1 mg rapa  and that is your optimum dose.  Every person is different regardless of age of how strong your individual Tor signal is.  Remember we need the Tor protein in our bodies to be healthy, but need to inhibit Tor 1 as we go older.  Also, I believe Dr. Attia did not start taking rapa until he was 44-45.
