Biomarkers for those taking Rapamycin....?

Hi all, can I ask what biomarkers those of you who are taking Rapamycin are testing and frequency etc?  I've had a quick search but can't seem to find anything.  I'm meaning  to monitor for adverse effects rather than ageing biomarkers (as my understanding from other posts is that beyond glucose there's not much re the latter you can measure) Many thanks!
