I purchased Biocon sirolimus and had it lab tested at valisure.com - and the batch I purchased seemed to be of lower quality than the Zydus sirolimus batch I purchased. I"Ve done this a few times. Where do you get your sirolimus? And do you a ways get it tested and who does testing? I am in Florida and have tried to find doctor but have struck out with 2 on life extension list already.

linda little I have gotten my sirolimus from India tested using Valisure.com a number of times - but I'm not sure if they are providing their testing service to people like us right now - I think they may have shifted to focus on internal testing for their pharmacy business... but you can ask them. Lots of third party labs that do HPLC testing to validate the purity, dosing and identify any common contaminants...

I just search for sirolimus on Indiamart.com - there are lots of vendors there. Availability comes and goes depending on their stock, etc. No prescription required. Cost about $1 to $1.25 per 1mg tablet. They've all been very reliable in terms of shipping the product to the USA within 2 to 3 weeks. I've never had any issues with customs, etc.

I am using Biocon's rapacan. Testing not possible here in India. Although I am using rapacan 1 mg at 5 days interval. It is too early to comment on any change.
