gray hair treatment
Good my name is Pablo, I am 33 years old and many gray hairs are appearing in my beard area as well as a brother of mine when he was my age.
Then people made me 29-30 years old and gray hair is bothering me.
And I have had a strict anti-aging regimen for 3 years.
-I'm vegetarian-I run 3 times a week 50 minutes (150 minutes as WHO marks)
-I do intermittent fasting from Monday to Saturday and rest on Sunday.
-I take 1000mg of metformin every day.
-I take 5000UI of vitamin D3 + K2 daily and also probiotics.
-I take 3mg of rapamycin every 10 days.
-I have done a senolytic treatment of azithromycin 250mg for 6 days along with Vitamin C as Dr. Alan Green marks but due to my age I will do one every 6 months.
-Future treatment with Fisetin and quercetin
Because after everything I do they keep popping up and there's no slowing down?
Do you know something experimental or something I can use?

Pablo, By intermittent fasting do you mean you eat nothing for about 36 hours?, If not you are not doing intermittent fasting you are just doing delayed feeding which is not going to have much of an impact on "anti-aging" other than weight loss.
PABA, the B-vitamin, is supposed to reverse gray hair but you have to take a lot of it, like 6 grams per day for several months.

Pablo, What you are doing is called Delayed Feeding (DF). Unfortunately there have been several books written on this so called diet by uneducated doctors and "health" experts. Delayed Feeding IS NOT the same as Intermittent Fasting (IF). Unfortunately most doctor's, nutritionists etc think that they are the same. IF means you eat NOTHING for about 36 hours, then eat all day and repeat the cycle.
DF will never turn off mtor or start Autophagy but IF will. The 16 hour fasting is just too short of a time period.

Pablo Reinaldos López I don't see catalase in your list so maybe you should try that. I recommend Catalase Extreme 10,000 or Life Vitality Grey Hair Rescind, either way has to be combined with extreme patience. I took them for 3 months and found no hair with black root and grey tip, but a month later I found one, and then 4, then I stopped counting. Both include saws palmetto for growing hair also. Catalase is an enzyme that breaks down hydrogen peroxide which bleaches your hair, exactly the same mechanism that helps getting rid of stains on your clothes. But I don't think that's the whole story. I think in my case iron deficiency is a contributing factor because if there's no or little oxygen for my hair to live and grow then catalase wouldn't be effective. I supplemented iron (very cautiously) and my extremities no longer feel cold. I also think this will help with my hair situation. Overall I think an improvement of 10% in greying and 5% in thinning after 6 months and my hair no longer falls off as much. Lately I also use topical vitamin E on my face and hair.

Hey Pablo!
Gray hair when you're 29-30 years old is not what you want, but there is nothing you can do. You can't restore hair that's already gone gray to its former color. However, you may be able to preserve the rest of your color and delay the inevitable for a bit longer by making a few lifestyle changes. https://womanlylive.com/viral-tiktok-hair-hacks-that-everyone-needs-to-learn/ - read more about hair hacks. Good luck!

Some people genetically do have grey hair, even at young ages. I am not aware of all the vitamins you take, sounds intense. Long as you're happy, healthy...don't worry about the grey, just my view. If it's a cosmetic issue only, talk to a cosmetics professional in your city, pretty sure they would advise well
