Any one considering taking olive oil or using olive oil regularly should investigate the source of your oil..... IMHO IF your olive oil costs less than about $20/ltr, then it is highly likely that it is adulterated w seed oils..  Some oils tested at half that price in the USA, contained no olive oil.
